Jessica Hills has been cooking gluten free foods for over three years. She began creating her own flour blends because she was frustrated with the products on the market and the recipes she found online. Through two years of playing with flours and starches she created a mix that made delicious pancakes, biscuits, muffins, quick breads, yeast breads, and a variety of other baked goods.
Jessica now sells this mix through Rosemary’s Bakery. The products are produced in her home kitchen, a certified cottage food establishment through the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. She has two products available: the flour mix and a baking mix. The baking mix includes baking powder and salt, making muffins, waffles, pancakes, and biscuits a breeze to make.
